In Addition we ensure the measurements are correct taking full ownership from the start, eliminating the hassle for you. If the samples we present are not to your liking we will arrange another visit with alternatives more suited to your requirements.

  • Initial Consultation

    A member of our team will visit you in the comfort of your own home or place of work with a selection samples. Which best fit your requirement based on our initial conversation. In Addition we ensure the measurements are correct taking full ownership from the start, eliminating the hassle for you. If the samples we present are not to your liking we will arrange another visit with alternatives more suited to your requirements.
     

  • Formal Quotation

    Once your new flooring has been chosen, a formal quote will be produced to you via email. This can also be sent to you in the post upon request.
     

  • Quotation Acceptance

    Once the price is agreed and we have your authorisation, the materials will be pre ordered and a date for installation will be confirmed. In some circumstances, we may ask to deliver material the day before as certain floorings need to acclimatise before the installation.
     

  • Supply and Fit

    We will arrive on the agreed date ready to fit your new flooring. Fitting will be carried out to the highest standard and all properties will be left in a clean state.
